3. How do I add a store?

  1. Go to the My Stores page
  2. Click the "Add Store" button
  3. Follow the instructions to verify the TXT record in your domain DNS settings

4. What is the API key?

The API key is a unique identifier that allows you to record actions in Clear'd. You can find it on the My Stores page by clicking the API Key button.

5. How do I integrate Clear'd into my store?

Simply add one script tag to your HTML pages. See detailed instructions in the Integration Guide.

6. What is the TXT verification record?

The TXT verification record is a string that you add to your domain's DNS settings. This allows Clear'd to verify that you own the domain.

7. How long does verification take?

After you add the TXT record to DNS, verification typically takes up to 10 minutes.

8. What actions can I record?

You can record two main types of actions:

  • Add to Cart - When a customer adds a product to their cart
  • Rating - When a customer adds a rating to a product

You can generate a new API key at any time on the My Stores page.

Yes, you can add as many stores as you want. Each store has its own API key.
